We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the product arrives damaged.

If your product has arrived damaged, please contact us by email within THREE days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and the shipping bag. Damaged items will be replaced or granted store credit. Store Credit is good for up to ONE year from purchase date. Store credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping charges.

Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects or damaged.
